You will get to enjoy the most beautiful underwater landscapes with an extremely competent, well trained, and wildly fun dive team.
We recommend you set aside some time to complete the theory part of the course before you come to the Maldives, that way you get to spend 100% of your time paddling away in the ocean. But if you’re a little short on time, then you can always do this super simple theory component while on vacation as well.

The underwater landscape of Vaavu atoll cannot be beat! Varieties of fish, sharks, mantas and eels populate the colorful coral gardens all around the atoll. You can also catch a ride to the local sandbank or take a dip to go see the infamous Vaavu shipwreck!

Heads Up!
You will need to go through the PADI Medical Questionnaire to check that you have no issues to go diving. If you answer YES to any question, you will need to see a doctor before diving to get signed off to dive.
Speedboat transfers from Male’ to Fulidhoo are usually scheduled only once per day, so you will need to keep a close eye on the speedboat schedule when you plan your vacation.
Wild-life sightings are not always predictable, and though they will try their best to make your experience worthwhile–it is ultimately beyond the control of the service provider.
Local islands are distinctly different from resorts, in that you share the island with locals. With the tourism boom in the island, you will find many guest houses under construction.
Local islands also do not have the same resources and capacity as resorts:, some issues such as waste management. Be forewarned that you may come across unsightly sites on your evening stroll around the island (this is beyond the guest house’s control).
Fulidhoo is a very small island, there is one or two small cafes on the island and only two tiny shops. Keep in mind that you should bring everything other than basic necessities with you.
Alcohol is not available since its a local island.
