Heads Up!
Speedboat transfers from Male’ to Dharavandhoo are usually scheduled only once per day, so you will need to keep a close eye on the Speedboat schedule when you plan your vacation.
We believe that an authentic wild-life experience cannot be manufactured; so the excursion organizers will be going the extra mile to make this happen for you. But sometimes wild-life sightings can be unpredictable.
Local islands are distinctly different from resorts, in that you share the island with locals. With the tourism boom in the island, you will find many guest houses under construction.
Local islands also do not have the same resources and capacity as resorts:, some issues such as waste management. Be forewarned that you may come across unsightly sites on your evening stroll around the island (this is beyond the guest house’s control).
Alcohol is not available since its a local island.
