If one dive site isn’t enough to fill your underwater adventure loving heart, you can hop a ride to the next one nearby; Rasdhoo Madivaru Hammerhead Point dive spot where you can join a parade of hammerhead sharks. Hafsa Thila, a volcano-shaped pinnacle where you are almost guaranteed to spot several reef sharks and Maalhos Thila, where you can find spectacular coral heads at a depth of around 27m/90ft with clouds of snapper.

North Ari Atoll hosts one of the best dive sites in the Maldives, and Feridhoo is perhaps the best place to make camp. Feridhoo’s house reef is every snorkellers dream, with plenty of white tip sharks, nurse sharks, eagle rays, sting rays, turtles and hundreds of thousands of reef fish. If you’re lucky, you may spot whale sharks in some of these dive sites.
If you’re the adventurous type, prepare your dive gear and put North Ari Atoll on your itinerary! Its pennacles and channels with strong currents may just be what you need. These dive tours can bring you close to Manta rays, grey reef sharks and even schools of barracuda.
Your every meal will be prepared by the hosts themselves with the best of ingredients—and who doesn’t love a good warm home cooked meal? For dessert, don’t forget to try Michela’s homemade gelato that will transport your tastebuds straight to the streets of Italy.

Heads Up!
Speedboat transfers from Male’ to Feridhoo are usually scheduled only once per day, so you will need to keep a close eye on the Speedboat schedule when you plan your vacation.
We believe that an authentic wild-life experience cannot be manufactured; so the excursion organizers will be going the extra mile to make this happen for you. But sometimes wild-life sightings can be unpredictable.
Local islands are distinctly different from resorts, in that you share the island with locals. With the tourism boom in the island, you will find many guest houses under construction.
Local islands also do not have the same resources and capacity as resorts:, some issues such as waste management. Be forewarned that you may come across unsightly sites on your evening stroll around the island (this is beyond the guest house’s control).
Feridhoo is a very small island, there is one or two small cafes on the island and only two tiny shops. Keep in mind that you should bring everything other than basic necessities with you.
Alcohol is not available since its a local island.
