If staying on a water bungalow is on your bucket list, then you wouldn’t want to miss this chance. These water bungalows sit on their own private boardwalk and the closest accommodation you could get to the surf point. You’ll walk past the waves every time you head to the main part of the island or restaurant – so try not to get too distracted and be prepared to run back to your room and grab your board!

Being a premier surf spot, surfers from all levels are present here. From seasoned world champions to gremmies and grommets.
Since the surf spot is limited to 30 surfers, the spots fill up quite far in advance, so get in early and secure your dates – 90% of the surf season (May to September) gets sold out by the beginning of March!
Getting there is part of the fun. From Male International Airport you’ll be escorted to the resort’s speedboat. Be ready for a delightful speedboat glide through the atoll waters with fresh breeze on your face. Your journey from the airport to the resort will take around 20 minutes.
Expect some minor changes to the speedboat transfer schedule. If you want a worry-free ride that works with your itinerary, then you can choose a private charted transportation too! Make sure to request in advance when you make the booking.
